Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Salesforce Data Analyst to join our partner’s team. This is a full-time role with flexible working hours, perfect for someone who enjoys solving real data challenges and wants to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

As a Salesforce Data Analyst, you’ll work with the Global CRM – Integration department. You will play an integral role in developing and maintaining our partner’s CRM application built on the Salesforce platform, integrated with cloud-based data providers like BoardEx, CapIQ, and DnB. You will empower senior executives with tools and information that ensure their continued success. This is a specialized role for a data professional who thrives in the Salesforce ecosystem. While PowerBI and SQL are our tools, understanding CRM data relationships is the core of this position

What You’ll Do

Reporting (60% of time): Creating reports ranging from simple queries to deep and complex analyses

Data Tickets (40% of time): Managing an increasing volume of data-related requests, with a growing focus on reporting tasks.

Work with large datasets to append, enrich, and deduplicate information.

Create ETL processes and data transformations in Microsoft Fabric using Python and PySpark.

Use 3rd party resources to research and extract information.

Identify data gaps and opportunities to improve data quality.

Work closely with business analysts to understand project goals and requirements.

Act as an agile and tenacious problem-solver for our end users.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture (objects, fields, and relationships).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an Analyst role.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Technical stack (entry-level): SQL, Python, and PowerBI (used specifically for CRM data analysis).
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI capabilities to extract and organize structured/unstructured data.
  • Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with data tools like Demand Tools.
  • Salesforce Administratior certification.
